MARLBORO COUNTY, SC – A producer of modular homes and modular panels for the residential building industry will locate its operations in Marlboro County.
According to a post on the Marlboro County Government’s Facebook page, Arris Manufacturing’s decision to locate in the Pee Dee will bring 130 new jobs to the county and represents a $11.9 million investment.
Arris has purchased the former Baldor site in Clio and will begin improvements on the building in January, the post stated.
The company’s schedule for recruiting employees and other details will be announced in the coming weeks.
